By accessing or using DeepIT's OpenClaw Assistant software and related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
OpenClaw Assistant is a desktop application that helps users install and manage OpenClaw, an open-source AI agent framework. We offer free, Basic, and Pro license tiers with varying features.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Licenses are non-transferable and are bound to your account. Each license may be activated on a limited number of devices as specified in your plan.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
All prices are listed in USD for international customers and CNY for customers in China. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid licenses. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, request a refund within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of DeepIT. OpenClaw itself is open-source software governed by its own license. Our installer and management tools are proprietary.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for third-party services or AI model outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license will be revoked. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
